BlastTex / Sweeping & scrubbing
Warehouse Floors Cleaned After Hours, Ready for the Next Shift
Ride-on sweepers and scrubbers built for large open floors. We clean nights, weekends or in zones, minimizing disruption to your operation. Use it before shot blasting, after blasting for a clean turnover, or on its own.

The Floor Cleaning package: from $1,500
What you get
- Industrial sweeping to pick up dust and debris
- Machine scrubbing with high-recovery extraction that pulls the dirty water back up
- Extra passes on tire marks and traffic lanes
- Nights, weekends and zoned scheduling
- Time-Stamped Photo Report
- Free site walk within 50 miles of Hurst
Equipped for large floors. BlastTex owns its core equipment: a ride-on sweeper, multiple small-to-large battery-powered and diesel ride-on scrubbers, several battery-powered walk-behind scrubbers, and two Blastrac shot blasters paired with Ermator HEPA dust extractors. For large open floors we run our ride-on shot blaster, and for ramps that need deeper texture, we bring in a scarifier. With backup machines on hand, a single breakdown does not stop your project.
A busy warehouse usually needs a machine scrub about every three months. A Floor Care Plan puts it on the calendar automatically, at a lower rate than one-time cleaning. See Floor Care Plans.

Sweeping and scrubbing questions
Which cleaning level does my floor need?
It depends on what's on the floor now and what needs to happen next:
- Sweep and scrub: dust, debris, and normal warehouse grime
- Heavy-duty scrubbing: tire marks, rubber transfer, and heavy traffic buildup, with extra passes as needed
- Shot blasting: failed coatings, old striping, weak surface material, or a floor getting a new coating
Send photos, and we will recommend the right level.
Does BlastTex provide industrial floor cleaning?
Yes.
In addition to surface preparation, BlastTex provides commercial and industrial floor cleaning using professional ride-on scrubbing and sweeping equipment.
This can be useful for warehouses, garages, commercial facilities and industrial spaces that need heavily soiled concrete cleaned without necessarily removing or profiling the concrete surface.
How does high-recovery scrubbing work?
Our ride-on scrubbers apply cleaning solution, scrub the floor, and pull the dirty solution back up in the same pass, so soil is removed instead of spread around. Floors may remain slightly damp afterward, so we coordinate with your team on signage and reopening.
Do you sweep truck parking lots and trailer courts?
Yes, with mechanical sweeping. BlastTex does not offer pressure washing.
BlastTex uses ride-on sweeping and scrubbing equipment for applicable:
- Truck parking lots and trailer courts
- Distribution center and warehouse lots
- Loading and staging areas
- Concrete parking areas and sidewalks
- Commercial and industrial properties

How much does sweeping and scrubbing cost?
Our minimum is $1,500, including mobilization within 50 miles of Hurst (76053). Larger floors are priced by the square foot from your photos, with volume pricing for very large floors and recurring schedules.
Extra travel, severe contamination, extra passes, disposal, and unusual access are not included in these rates. We explain any of them and price them on a written change order before doing the extra work.
Do you offer lease-end, post-construction, or overnight cleaning?
Yes. We handle lease-end and post-construction cleaning, and we schedule overnight, off-peak, or zoned work to minimize disruption to your operation.
For move-outs, ask your property manager for the written turnover requirements and send them with your photos. We clean and document the floor; we do not interpret lease agreements, certify move-out condition or guarantee a security-deposit return.
Cleaning improves the condition of a floor, but BlastTex does not certify OSHA compliance or slip resistance, or guarantee immediate return to service. Floors may stay damp after cleaning. Your facility is responsible for safety signage and for deciding when an area reopens.
