BlastTex / Warehouses & distribution centers
Warehouse and Distribution Center Floors, Prepared Around Your Operation
Facilities cannot always shut down for floor work. BlastTex plans phased work zones, nights, weekends and shutdown windows so your docks keep moving, and we bring our own machines, power and HEPA dust collection.
Commercial site walks are free within 50 miles of Hurst. Farther out, see our travel zones.

Facility questions
Can you work while our warehouse is operating?
Yes. We plan phased work zones around forklift and foot traffic, tape off safety zones, and work nights, weekends or during shutdown windows. Tell us your operating hours, and we will build the schedule around them.
Do you follow our site safety and contractor requirements?
Yes. We follow your check-in process, PPE requirements and site rules. A certificate of insurance and W-9 are available on request. Using a vendor system such as ISNetworld or Avetta? Tell us which one when you request a proposal.
How large a floor can you handle?
We run a ride-on shot blaster for large open floors, two walk-behind blasters for aisles and tight areas, a ride-on sweeper, multiple battery-powered and diesel ride-on scrubbers and walk-behind scrubbers, and we phase large projects across several shifts. Production always depends on the condition of the floor, the layout of the project, obstacles, the coating being removed and the profile required.
Do you offer degreasing?
No. Chemical degreasing produces regulated wastewater, so BlastTex does not perform it. When a floor needs full degreasing, a specialized cleaning company handles that step, and we schedule our work immediately after.
How is payment handled?
Every proposal includes a project-specific payment schedule. Depending on project size and scope, a mobilization payment and progress billing may apply. Approved commercial accounts may qualify for established billing terms after a credit review.
