Clean Warehouse Floors on a Set Schedule
Keep your floor clean on a schedule, not after it becomes a problem. We sweep and scrub your warehouse on a set schedule, photograph every visit and identify developing issues early. Priced below one-time cleaning.

What every Floor Care Plan visit includes
Every visit
- Ride-on sweeping and scrubbing of the agreed areas
- Dock, ramp, and walkway sweep and scrub
- Tire marks and traffic buildup worked with extra passes
- Time-Stamped Photo Report after each visit
- Floor Watch notes: fading lines, cracks and ramp buildup we spot, so you can plan before they become problems
- Nights, weekends or zoned work around your hours
Add when you need it
- Old lines blasted off for your striping contractor
- Dock ramps shot blasted or scarified for texture
- Tenant move-out cleanup between leases
Scope and limitations: scrubbing cleans the surface; it does not remove deep oil or restore texture the way shot blasting does. Floors can be damp right after scrubbing. BlastTex does not certify slip resistance or OSHA compliance.

Maintenance plan questions
How often should a warehouse floor be scrubbed?
It depends on traffic, weather, and what leaks onto the floor. Many facilities do well with a light maintenance sweep and scrub about every three months. Busy docks and ramps may need more. After we see the space, we will recommend a schedule.
How is a maintenance plan priced?
Each site is quoted from its square footage, the areas included, and the visit schedule. Recurring plans are priced below one-time cleaning. If the floor needs a deep clean first, that first visit is quoted on its own.
Can one plan cover several buildings?
Yes. Several buildings or locations can be scheduled and quoted together, which usually makes each visit more efficient.
Will you work around our operating hours?
Yes. We schedule nights, weekends, and zoned work to minimize disruption to your operation. Floors may be damp right after scrubbing, so we coordinate signage and reopening with your team.
Does a maintenance scrub restore ramp traction?
Scrubbing removes the film that reduces traction on a ramp. When a ramp needs more texture than cleaning can give, shot blasting or scarifying is the next step. See dock and ramp restoration →
